Positive: Great and hostile stuff, location is great, near beach. Middle size pool, which was always available for use. Facility restaurant have reasonable prices and very nice personal. 👍
Negative: Bathroom could use a bit maintenance but it was nothing that would ruin my stay.

Negative: Not a lot of amenities in the room for a self catering apartment. Nothing to dry your clothes on. I did get a dryer from reception but this was taken back after 3 days and never returned to us. Most of the staff didn’t have a clue

Negative: Very little drink options in bar, no cappuccino at breakfast, no ingredients for some of the cocktails on the menu, no evening entertainment. WIFI very poor service only available in lobby.

Positive: Amazing apartments. Very modern and comfortable. Extremely clean. Cleaned every day. Staff in Reception were very attentive and helped with accessible boat trip. Always cheerful. Very Very quite complex , suitable for a relaxing break only. Unfortunately I can not remember the name of the male receptionist but he was amazing. So helpful and cheerful no matter what time it was! Thank you!
Negative: Unfortunately the complex was extremely quiet (Maybe 6 other guests in our 2 week stay). I did try on countless occasions to have a cocktail but they did not have any ingredients during the stay. Tried a few days later but they still had not purchased the ingredients. The Staff around the pool are very friendly but not very attentive. No mini market as advertised or grocery service. Music around the pool was not very suitable for a family complex. Due to the amount of guests staying no entertainment / music at night.

Positive: Only had the Turkish breakfast the first day. It was nice but doesn't appear to come with any bread? They do English breakfast but don't appear to offer this as a booking option. The rooms are really nice and spacious with all but the bathroom being recently updated. Aircon is very good too and at £4 a day is a must. Good location, close to Ladies Beach with a good pool. All staff are very friendly although their English (apart from Nuri's) is fairly limited.
Negative: Wifi is not available in the rooms and sometimes not available at all. A couple of times at around 7pm the cold water stopped or was very slow which was annoying if you were in the shower! The pool bar drink prices are more expensive than 90% of the bars/restaurants on the seafront which seems strange. Safety deposit boxes are in reception and not in the rooms and are 60Tl per day.
Summary: Enjoyable stay in a friendly atmosphere. Wifi is the main downfall.

Positive: Good location, good information given at check in, nice staff, good menu options at poolside bar, nice + clean pool area. Close walk to Ladies Beach although on a steep hill so wouldn’t be suitable for some. Overall the price paid per night reflected and matched the property standard.
Negative: Wi-Fi is essential these days and is only available by the pool and in reception, not in the rooms. Water was cold in the shower 50% of the time. Drinks were expensive compared to closeby bars/restaurants.
